The roots of C.C. Ironworks go deeper than our founding year. Long before 2000, owner Bob Pacella was building smokers in his garage and cooking whole pigs with friends. The very first Pig Cooker? An old steel drum, modified on a pig farm  and rumor has it, it's still in use today. What started as weekend parties and backyard BBQs quickly grew into a passion for designing better, bigger, and bolder cooking equipment. In 2000, Bob turned that passion into a full-time business, launching C.C. Ironworks with a commitment to quality, custom craftsmanship, and American-made steel.
